Taima Extracts Kief Coating Machine
The Taima Automated Kief Machine is the highest-throughput kief pre-roll coating solution available to cannabis manufacturers. By replacing manual coating with a precision rotational process, it delivers a crisp, defined glue line and a lump-free kief finish on every pre-roll with a fraction of the labor of traditional methods.
Built for precision at scale, the Taima's 360° rotational coating system runs at up to 1,000 RPM, applying 0.03–0.06g of adhesive and 0.04–0.08g of kief per pre-roll with repeatable consistency. A 20L adhesive vessel minimizes refill downtime, and built-in clump management keeps material flowing cleanly, cycle after cycle.

Kief Coating on Pre-Rolls
Step 1
Loading
Accepts 20 pre-rolls per cycle with a 140-unit hopper — no gripper seating required, just load and run.
Step 2
Glue Application
All 20 units pass through adhesive spray simultaneously at up to 1,000 RPM, delivering full 360° coverage with a crisp cutoff line and 20L vessel capacity.
Step 3
Kief Coating
Rotational dip coating ensures even, lump-free coverage — with adjustable speed, dip duration, and built-in clump management.
Step 4
Ejection Station
Finished pre-rolls are ejected into a collection tray, ready for QA inspection and packaging.
